Being so close to the Brisbane city centre Cathedral Place has access to many attractions. Places within 5 minutes walking distance inlclude Chinatown, Brunswick Street Mall, Fortitude Valley Train Station, Brisbane River and Howard Smith Wharves. Brisbane Queen Street Mall is about 15-20 minutes walk or only a few minutes by bus or train. Yes, there are buses that stop on both the Ann St and Wickham St sides of Cathedral Place depending on the direction of travel. The Fortitude Valley Train Station is about 5 minute walk. The Gold Coast train connects to the Brisbane Domestic and International Airports. There is also a new ferry terminal opening late 2021 at Howard Smith Wharves which is about a 5-10 minute walk. The maximum number of levels at Cathedral Place is nine which is reached by blocks A and F. The building is spread out over seven blocks and would be considered midrise.
